For job boards and recruitment agencies

For every application, Arveum delivers a finished interview guide.

Through the Arveum API, partners run the whole Tilda process and receive the complete candidate dossier: before the voice interview, the guide with the job match and evidence from the CV; afterwards, the interview analysis, personality profile and competence analysis.

01 Scope

The whole Tilda process runs through the API.

The API follows the path an application already takes, from the client to the job, the voice interview and the candidate dossier.

  1. From the partner

    • Tenants

A separate tenant is created for each employer client. Whether candidates are addressed formally or informally can be set per client.

    • Jobs

The partner creates the job and publishes it once Arveum has reviewed it.

    • CVs

CVs are submitted per job. The partner checks progress through the API.

  2. Arveum

    Tilda

For every job and every application, Tilda takes on three steps.

    • Reviews the job description, completes it and reports findings.
    • Checks every requirement of the job against the CV.
    • Conducts the voice interview with candidates.
  3. Through the API

    • Voice interview

For every application, a link to the voice interview with Tilda comes back. The partner passes it on to candidates.

    • Candidate dossier

Before the voice interview, the dossier contains the interview guide with the job match and evidence from the CV, also as a PDF. Afterwards, Tilda adds the interview analysis, a personality profile based on the Big Five model and a competence analysis via job leveling.

Results available at any time

Status and results are available via the API. The partner fetches them whenever it fits its own workflow.

Test environment

In a dedicated test environment, the integration can be built and tested before real applications go through.

In development

A talent pool of their own

We plan to let partners build their own talent pool of profiles through the API, if they want one.

02 The interview guide

What the interview guide contains.

It prepares the first conversation, shows whether someone fits and gives the reasons for that assessment.

  • A match against every requirement of the job, each with the evidence from the CV.
  • Personal questions on the points the CV leaves open.
  • A recommendation with clear reasoning.

The job gets checked, too

Arveum assesses every job description and reports findings such as “description too short”, each with a note on who should take care of it. This way the job can be improved before the first applications arrive.

03 Own brand

Partners appear under their own name.

Arveum stays in the background, labelled “[Partner], powered by Arveum”. We agree the exact presentation with each partner.

04 Data protection and separation

Each client's data stays separate.

Arveum does not train AI models with client data and processes it in the EU.

  • Every employer client is its own, separate tenant.
  • Rights are assigned per tenant. The partner can only access what the respective client has authorised.
  • Client data is not used to train AI models.
  • Processing takes place in the EU.
  • DPA, TOMs and the list of sub-processors are available. Data is deleted on instruction.

EU AI Act

Tilda was developed for use under the EU AI Act: a human makes the decision, every assessment is reasoned and documented in a traceable way, and candidates know they are talking to an AI.

05 Performance and reliability

The API is designed for high application volumes.

Results arrive quickly, even when many applications come in at once.

20–30 s

from the submitted application to the finished result with the guide.

Several thousand

applications per hour, measured, scaling almost linearly.

5 languages

are included as standard, and more can be added.

Versioned API

Changes to the API are versioned and documented. An integration stays valid as long as the major version doesn't change.

Public status page

Availability and incidents can be checked on the status page at any time.

Reference

WESTPRESS is an Arveum partner.

The WESTPRESS Agency Group knows the recruitment marketing market well and works for employers across many industries, with very different roles and selection requirements. Arveum adds the technology. WESTPRESS plans to use Tilda in recruiting projects and across a large number of job ads.

The first questions from WESTPRESS were about fitting the integration into their own processes, the quality of the candidate dossier, the protection of client data and high volumes. The answers are on this page.

Partner call

We answer open questions in the partner call.

In 30 minutes we go through how Arveum fits into the existing workflow. In the call, partners also get access to the API documentation and the test environment. Billing is by volume, and we agree the terms together.
