Why we do this

Over more than 25 years we have hired hundreds of people together and learned how much good recruiting decides — over careers and over the success of entire companies. Albrecht and Philipp first worked together at lastminute.com more than 25 years ago. One builds technology and organizations, the other markets and sales. Both have scaled from nothing, led through IPOs and exits — and know the gap between a good idea and a company that truly delivers.

Most recently led the acquisition and integration of gutefrage.net, Motor-Talk and highfivve for the Müller Medien Group, building one of Europe's largest UGC communities with over 35 million monthly users. At Readly International he was Founding MD Germany and global CMO, with market launches in five further European countries and publishing partners such as Axel Springer, Funke and Bauer. Before that he built lastminute.com Germany as Founding MD from zero to over 100 employees — through to IPO.

Albrecht Senden
Co-Founder & CTO

Twelve years as CTO at Tipico, where he built a technology organization from the ground up to over 350 engineers processing 750 million transactions a year — at 30% annual growth. As part of the leadership team he accompanied EBITDA from €50 to €550 million and two exits: the US business to MGM, the remaining group to Banijay and CVC. Before that, at lastminute.com from Technical Project Manager to Group Director EMEA/APAC.
