AI Fullstack Engineer

About the role

End-to-end platform development for an enterprise product where AI agents act as team members. You build the full stack — from the Mission Control frontend (React/Next.js) to backend services (Node.js/Python) for multi-agent workflows — and work directly with the founders on product and architecture. Scaling from early adopters to thousands of enterprise tenants.

Requirements

• 5-6+ years of professional engineering experience (frontend and backend)
• AI-first mindset with daily LLM usage and a solid understanding of agent systems
• TypeScript/Node.js and Python with deep React/Next.js expertise
• Understanding of distributed systems (queues, event-driven architectures, asynchronous orchestration)
• API design, webhook architecture, and authentication systems (JWT, OAuth, HMAC)
• Self-directed working style in an early-stage environment
