HR
Head of Talent Acquistion
About the role
Help the organisation to atract and retain the best talents
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end recruiting processes across multiple business units, ideally in a tech or AI-driven environment.
- Experience building and executing talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing channel development and structured hiring frameworks.
- Hands-on people leadership experience — you've managed, coached, and developed a team of recruiters or sourcers.
- Strong stakeholder management skills: able to advise and push back on hiring managers, align expectations, and keep hiring decisions moving.
- Fluency with hiring data — you use metrics like time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, and source quality to spot issues and drive improvements.
- Solid understanding of structured, bias-aware interview design and relevant employment law requirements (German labor market context a plus).
- Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are a strong advantage for stakeholder collaboration in Munich.
- Experience recruiting for AI, machine learning, or data science roles — you know how to evaluate and attract hard-to-find technical talent.
- Familiarity with employer branding tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Talent Insights, Kununu, Glassdoor) and a track record of running campaigns that actually moved the needle.
- Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday Recruiting) and an eye for optimising workflows within them.
- Background in building or scaling a talent acquisition function from scratch — you've navigated the growing pains of a fast-moving org before.
- Knowledge of the Munich / DACH tech talent market, including local sourcing communities, universities, and hiring trends.
